Hi. This is Requiem for a Dream “difficult version” for piano. I made the same version played by Alex:

To play these MIDI files I recommend you very helpful software – “Synthesia”

That software allow you to see which keys are pressed while playing (Even you can choose highlight color), make it slow down, etc.
ADVICE
To get full highlighted keyboard in Synthesia you have to switch “Input device” to other device than “Synthesia Software Keyboard”.

The explanation is in annotation. I uploaded this video some time ago. After that I made some small correction and modification in the sheet music so that’s why end is diffrent.
Yes, there are two versions. You can download either esier version by Dustin Nägel or more advanced by Alex. The more options you have, the better for you, isn’t it?
