you can sell as PDF Acrobat files on line, if you have publishing rights. The copyright of an "arranged" work remains with the original composer, no matter how much work you may have put into it, that includes public domain songs. Most composers sell their publishing rights, so you will need permission most likely from the publisher in order to sell your version. They might consider that if your arrangement is recorded by a popular performer.

You can sell it on Ebay just make sure you have a seal on it or it's patented so no one will steal your work and pass it off as their own. In that case you are protected which means you can sue if anyone tried to do that.

Yes, you will have major copyright issues. All songwriters belong to a union which collects royalties for the use of their songs. That group is like rabid dogs going after people not paying royalties. Contact the original artists (they all have business management companies) and ask for information on how to sell sheet music arrangements, and the particulars of royalty payment.
